What is the zap of energy between passing strangers? A fleeting feeling, a spontaneous glimpse at another world… The zine showcases a time capsule of caught moments, an archival and reference piece for our future selves. Looking at what we wear today, how we wear it and how it makes us feel. Voyeuristic in nature, this is a love letter to the stylists, designers, photographers and forensic lovers of fashion detail of the future.

Captured in Paris over a three-month period early 2024, the feel is undeniably Parisian, as seen through my eyes: a nomadic Australian with a camera. I focused on people who dress themselves for themselves, the most compelling of stylish strangers. We know fashion is cyclical, rolling over between moods and ideas, so the intent was to capture the creative spirit with which people interpret these ideas. Completely unaware of my camera, which somehow captures the momentary essence of them in a way that I love.
