1940. Efter stora förluster tvingas de allierade evakuera sina soldater från Dunkirk tillbaka till England. Men ombord på båtarna finns ett flertal tyska sabotörer klädda i brittiska uniformer som nu lyckas infiltrera styrkorna. Deras uppdrag – att sabotera det nya brittiska radarsystemet som tidigare hindrat nazisterna från att bomba London!

Frederick Stafford (Hitchcocks Topaz) och Van Johnson (Myteriet på Caine) spelar två officerare på jakt efter de skoningslösa sabotörerna i London. Filmen är regisserad av Enzo G. Castellari som även gjorde Tarantinofavoriten The Inglorious Bastards. Både nämnda film och denna tjänade som inspiration till Tarantinos egen Inglourious Basterds.
