A new magazine, Fæða/Food on Icelandic cuisine, traditions and culture has been published in Icelandic and English.
The magazine is pubished by Í boði nátturunnar, a magazine on healthy living. Owner and editor Guðbjörg Gissurardóttir says that the English publication will hopefully be of interest in all those interested in Icelandic culinary traditons.
The first issue was celebrated with a party at restaurant Bergsson RE by Reykjavik harbour.
