Food Volume 1: Sessions Arts Club is the sixth publication from Cabin Studio documenting the dishes, recipes, and working life of Sessions Arts Club from 2021 to 2026. Featuring 66 dishes alongside site notes, supplier listings, and photography by Beth Evans and Sessions Arts Club founder Jonny Gent, the book approaches the restaurant less as a cookbook and more as an archive: a site survey of the people, processes, and acts of service that shaped it over time. Each of the 200 limited edition copies also includes a special sticker insert featuring archival dishes and objects gathered from the restaurant and studio.
