Besides providing botanical contents in a simple, personal and cozy way, The Plant offers to plant lovers a new look on greenery by featuring the works of creative people who also love plants. As a curious observer of ordinary plants and other greenery, the magazine presents a monographic on a specific plant and brings together photographers, illustrators, designers, musicians, writers and visual artists, both established and emerging, from all over the world, to share with The Plant their perceptions and experiences around plants.
In this issue:
With spring in full swing, THE PLANT magazine is thrilled to announce the launch of a fresh new edition. Issue 23 comes with three brilliant covers – the first by visual artist Anna Deller-Yee; the second by artist and photographer Viviane Sassen; and the third featuring multitalented teenage musician Ottilie Wallace, styled and photographed by Rottingdean Bazaar and Annie Collinge.
In the magazine’s 23rd edition, nature unfolds in all its glory, revealing its many facets and endless wonders to the curious and the creative. Within its pages, you’ll find a world teeming with flowers, fruits and plants; violins, ghosts and cows; islands, mountains, meadows, parks with no grass and wild trees standing in solitude.
A carefully curated selection of writers, photographers and artists share their inspired visions, unexpected reflections and unique insights into the plant world, including Rottingdean Bazaar, Annie Collinge, Ottilie Wallace, Marria Pratts, Andrea Lazarov, Lola Raban, Virginie Benarroch, Dan Thawley, Sophie Tajan, Von Sono, Dal Chodha, Takashi Homma, Nick Offord, Juergen Teller, Viviane Sassen, Julie Peeters, Marcelo Gomes, Rosy Head, Matthieu Lavanchy, Anna Deller-Yee, Crista Leonard, Gordon Matta-Clark and many more.
