Campania: Recipes & Wanderings Across Italy’s Polychromatic Coast is the third instalment of our new series developed in partnership with Belmond.

This latest edition features wildly vibrant photography by Lea Colombo, presenting this stretch of the Amalfi Coast in beautiful technicolour portraits. With essays by Elisa Carassai, Claudia Durastanti, Margo Schachter, and closed with a postcard afterword by Darina Allen, Campania offers 21 classic dishes, including many taken from the kitchens of Belmond’s hotel, Caruso.

Interspersed with the hotel’s classic cuisine are guest recipes by Nina Clemente, Bernardo Costantino, and Salvatore Giugliano. From the narrow streets of Naples to towering Vesuvius, Campania is part invitation and part kaleidoscopic ode to the birthplace of pizza, Caprese salad, and larger-than-life Amalfi lemons.
