This book collects 147 intuitive shots taken from 1999 to 2019. It’s a book about wanderlust. About looking outwards with an inner focus. Much of the work in this book came about through a sequence of interruptions from everyday life. Often I went somewhere pursuing one sort of image and ended up finding something else. I went to Amorgos for waves and found bushes. I went to Lanzarote for waves and found rocks. I try to open myself to the feeling that a motif or a scene evokes, and follow the feeling rather than applying any fixed idea of composition or fitting the shot into a theme. I present these images in the spirit of love for the past and with great curiosity about the future!
