En tidsskrift av text och bild. Poesi, konst, kritik och lite kött och blod. L’amour – La mort samlar ung litteratur under ett skevt konsthistoriskt paraply sedan 2017.

I detta nummer:

𝐈 𝐝𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐯 𝐋’𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐫 – 𝐋𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐯𝐢 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐭.

Här har 18 författare, poeter, fotografer, astrofysiker, och dansare bjudits in för att dela böner, fiktion, översättningar, meditationer och dikter.

𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐋’𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐫 – 𝐋𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐚𝐳𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝.

Here, 18 writers, poets, photographers, astrophysicists, and dancers have been invited to share prayer, fiction, translations, meditations and poems.

L’Amour – La Mort is a literary magazine started, printed quarterly,  started in 2017. We are a non-profit with no political or religious affiliations, funded in part by the Swedish Culture Board. Parallel to the printed magazine we organize and facilitate readings, concerts, art-shows and film-screenings, with the written word at the heart of our endeavour.

We work conceptually. Our most recent issue, for instance, titled “Resenärer” [Travelers], was printed and published in the physical form of a finnish-swedish passport from 1951. For this issue the writers, instead of being remunerated, had their travel costs covered. We collected stories, poems, interviews and journal entries from over 20 destinations.

We have published over a hundred poets and authors, at the beginning, middle, and end of their careers. And our efforts have not gone unnoticed, having made the literary scene in Stockholm wider, cooler, more fun, and more inclusive – blurring thresholds between younger, older, established, non-established, poets, musicians, dancers, actors and artists.
