This high-concept, big-budget screwball comedy directed by Mike Nichols (The Graduate) stars Warren Beatty as a slick con man and Jack Nicholson as his dim-witted sidekick trying to get their hands on the fortune of a hapless young heiress played by Stockard Channing.
