Figo Collective, Issue 4
Release date: January 23, 2026
Figo Collective opens conversations about topics that resonate with every link of the food chain. We’ll hear about sustainability, wellness and gastronomy, with alternative perspectives and a celebration of multifaceted cultures.
In this issue:
Figo Collective Nº4 delves into how we eat, grow and design together. Through interviews, travel chronicles, applied research, stories and visual pieces, this issue follows three threads that meet at the table: community, craft and future. From the fair queue of a restaurant in La Paz and the Andean logic of colour and reciprocity, to edible gardens beside the kitchen, seaweed as a quiet pantry, fermentation as a design framework and active materials for service. We also look at leadership, physical and mental wellbeing at work, and local languages for coffee and yerba mate.
This issue contains around 200 pages, printed on FSC-certified recycled paper. It gathers essays, interviews, illustrated recipes, travel writing, artistic contributions and research pieces, weaving bold storytelling with careful observation.
