Human Shift is here to explore and inspire movement – of the body, mind and energy.

We are an international, unisex, trans-seasonal magazine with style, sports and wellness as the common denominator. The print edition is published twice a year in English.

Human Shift has made the long journey from root to crown, chakra by chakra. With issue 07 we arrive at 7th chakra — Sahasāra — the thousandfold crown, whose purpose is understanding, and whose basic right is to know and to learn. Feet rooted in earth, head in the sky: the crown is the top of the physical body, connecting us to the universe and to the collective body of all.
